CSLB $15,000 Bond with a Bankruptcy

If you have had a bankruptcy we can still get you a CSLB Surety bond. If you have had a bankruptcy, please forward a copy of the repayment plan on file with the bankruptcy court or court documents stating the bankruptcy has been closed or there is a payment plan on file.

 

CSLB $100 k ($100,000) California LLC  Employee / Worker Bond

If your contractor business is set up as an LLC, then the CA State Licensing Board (CSLB) requires you to have a CSLB $100,000 LLC Employee / Worker Surety bond.  Download the below “Merchants Bonding Company Application” form:

CSLB Disciplinary Bond

If you are applying for a CSLB Disciplinary Bond or if your bond needs a co-signer please fill out the multiapp , personal financial statement form, Business financial statement and Cosigner form.

The multi-app is required for the disciplinary bond request. In addition to the fully completed applications, we will need the following items to complete our underwriting on your request:

Complete copy of Accusation & Decision document and/or Citation from the Contractors State License Board

Evidence of restitution made to any claimants and/or the CSLB for any fees/damages due as a result of the Accusation/Citation
The annual rate for the disciplinary bond is 7.5% based on the bond amount.
Due to the high risk nature of the bond type, collateral may be required.
