Motor Vehicle Dealer Bond application needs to be completed in full and signed by all owners and spouses in order to obtain approval for the referenced bond. In addition to the application we will require the following to underwrite your request:
- Current Personal Financial Statement of all owners/spouses- our sample form follows
- Current Business Financial Statement– if business has been open for longer than 1 year
Premium rates range from 1-15% based on the bond amount and are subject to meeting underwriting criteria and financial wherewithal of the applicant(s).
Upon receipt and review of a complete submission, we will provide a response in approximately 48 hours.
